Delivery times and costs
UK: Standard Delivery is £4.00 (3–5 working days), free on orders over £100, or choose Express Delivery for £7.00 (1–2 working days). USA: from £25.00 depending on order weight, usually 7–11 working days. Europe and rest of the world: delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on your country and order weight. Europe usually takes 5–10 working days and the rest of the world 7–14 working days.
International orders and customs
USA: duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no extra charges on delivery. Europe and rest of the world: your order may be charged import duties, taxes and courier handling fees by the destination country, payable by you on delivery. If these charges are refused, the parcel is returned to us and we refund the item price minus the original delivery cost, the return cost and any courier charges. Limited Edition orders weigh more because of the gift box, so international delivery may cost slightly more.
Returns and exchanges
You can return unworn items with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Exchanges for a different size are available for UK orders only.
