ORDERS AND PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Choose your thobe, select your colour and size, and add it to your basket. You can check out as a guest or create an account.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched it can't be changed.
How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.

UK DELIVERY

How much is UK delivery?

Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is £4.00, and free on orders over £100. Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £7.00.
How long does UK delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY AND DUTIES

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Delivery costs depend on your country and are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does international delivery take?

USA orders usually arrive within 7–11 working days. Europe usually takes 5-10 working days. The rest of the world usually takes 7-14 working days.
Will I have to pay customs duties?

For USA orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other countries, if duties are shown at checkout, you won't pay anything on delivery. If they're not shown, your country may charge duties or taxes on arrival, which are payable by you. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your returns policy?

You can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us with your order number to start a return.
Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are available for UK orders. Email us with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
How long do refunds take?

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
What if my item is faulty?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund, replacement or repair. This does not affect your statutory rights.

SIZING AND FIT

How do I choose my size?

Our thobes are designed to fall at the ankle, so your height is the best guide. Use our Find Your Fit tool or Size Guide for a personal recommendation.
What sizes do you offer?

Sizes 52 (S), 54 (M), 56 (L), 58 (XL) and 60 (XXL).
What if I'm between sizes?

Choose by height for the right length. If you have a broader chest or shoulders, consider sizing up.

What's the difference between Refined, Signature and Limited Edition?

Refined is light and stretchy for everyday wear. Signature is a denser, more structured rib for a sharper look. Limited Edition is heavyweight cotton for winter, and arrives in a gift box.
Does the Limited Edition come gift boxed?

Yes, every Limited Edition thobe arrives in a wrapped gift box at no extra cost.
Can I wear the quarter zip thobe to work, the masjid or events?

Yes. The quarter zip thobe is designed for every space, from the office and the masjid to Eid, nikkahs, weddings and everyday life.
Will sold-out sizes come back?
