Refund policy

RETURNS

If you're not completely happy, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached
  • For Limited Edition thobes, returned with the original gift box

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us at sujudcollection@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

EXCHANGES (UK ONLY)

Need a different size? Email us with your order number and the size you need. Once we receive your return, we'll send the new size and cover the cost of sending it to you.

Exchanges are available for UK orders only and depend on stock availability.

REFUNDS

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we'll also refund your original standard delivery charge.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers can return items for a refund under the same conditions. Return postage is not refundable. Delivery charges for international orders, and any duties and import taxes, are not refundable. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us at sujudcollection@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a refund, replacement or repair.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
